KS1 Week 12

The child will learn about the importance of getting their voice heard and knowing that their views counts. Stories will be used to point out how voices are sometimes ignored. There will be opportunities to write letters to the headteacher or student council leader about things they would like improved. The child will see videos on young activists such as Greta Thunberg and Malala Yousafzai speaking about global issues that matters to them.
