KS2 Week 9
During this session, children will learn that they will not be separated from their parents unless it is in their best interests. If pupils are separated, they have the right to stay in contact with their parents. In this session, the child will learn to count in multiples of four and that adjacent multiples of four have a difference of four. They will explore how facts from the four times table can be used to solve multiplication and division problems with different structures. This will progress to the child making links with products in the eight times table; they are double the products in the four times table; products in the four times table are half of the products in the eight times table. Products that are in the two, four and eight times tables share the same factors.
